Let your budding Mini Makers enjoy hours of free form play in our LEGO bricks pit or get involved in one of our exclusive make and take sessions*.
Explore our intricate model of The Flying Scotsman, help build our giant mosaic model and create your own minifigure mini me with LEGO bricks.
Ready to get down to some serious play this Spring holiday? Here at The Centre we’ve teamed up with Bright Bricks to bring you five action packed days of brick building fun.
Visit the Brick Pit
Great for the under fives we have a DUPLO bricks pit, while older LEGO bricks fans are welcome to spend the day at our play tables where there will be 15 kg of LEGO bricks to contend with.
Make and Take
For a super special treat, bring your Mini Maker to our make and take event where Bright Bricks professional will help you build your own LEGO bricks model to take home. You can choose from an array of Easter and transport themed options for your make, with a unicorn option thrown in for good measure, options of make will change on a daily basis. There are limited spaces for the Make and Take event each day so it’s best to get to The Centre early to ensure your spot.
Make and take sessions will be held each day of the event between:
10.00 am – 11.00am
11.30am – 12.30pm
1.00pm – 2.00pm
2.30pm – 3.30pm
Please note make and take sessions are allocated on a first come first served basis and one model per person. T+C’s apply.
If your family are happiest building together, join in making our huge Mosaic. At 2 metres square, this massive build will take the best part of a week to complete and we’d love for you to come and see how the work’s progressing each day.

The Flying Scotsman
Visit our incredible Flying Scotsman LEGO bricks train and explore the intricate details used in the build. From mini bricks used to make coal and frosted windows to regular bricks forming the curve of the engine, your Mini Makers are sure to take away oodles of ideas for their own home designs. The whole train is a whopping eight meters long, made from a staggering one hundred thousand bricks
Can you find all 15 LEGO bricks Easter Eggs hidden in our store windows around The Centre? Take on the challenge for your chance to win your very own LEGO bricks Egg and Family Lunch. We’ll be choosing one winner every day for five days. Complete the hunt and receive a sticker and certificate!
