There are four sets of public toilets located throughout The Centre. All of them are clearly sign posted and are inspected at least every thirty minutes. The toilets include changing facilities for families and adapted facilities for disabled users, plus parent and child toilets.

Friday: 9am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Baby Feeding Area
The baby feeding area is behind the lifts in the Wintergarden. We provide comfy seating, bottle warming facilities and a peaceful space to feed.
Free Wi-Fi is available across The Centre. Just set up an account with your internet ready device to enjoy free access every time you visit.
Security, First Aid & Housekeeping
On hand to ensure your safety and comfort at all times, we have a hard working team of Housekeepers, Customer Service Advisors, Security Staff and First Aiders present during opening hours. A 24 hour CCTV system is also in operation.
Disabled Parking & Access
The Centre has 72 ground level disabled parking spaces located at Centre Car Park 1 and 35 spaces at Centre Car Park 2. All entrances to The Centre have disabled access.
There are 7,200 car parking spaces available for customer parking around Livingston town centre. Both Centre Car Parks 1 & 2 are paid for car parks, managed for Savills by APCOA who employ dedicated attendants when required. The car park is open between 8am and 12 midnight, 7 days a week. All of our car parks have been awarded the Park Mark Award.
Carers Car Parking Facilities
Committed to making our facilities as accessible as possible we have the following options available:
A Lothian Shopmobility unit in Centre Car Park 1 supplying mobility aids for registered users.
Reduced parking tariffs for carers with a Carers of West Lothian card. We do apply parking charges for Blue Badge holders, which is common in the majority of commercial car parks. Apoca monitors the designated disabled and parent and child spaces, ensuring they remain available for those who need them most.
There is a designated Dial-a-Ride bus stop in The Centre and bookings can be made through Dial-a-Ride on 01506 633953.
