Update: 15th July 2021
Following advice issued by the Scottish Government that West Lothian is moving from COVID Protection Level 1 to COVID Protection Level 0, we’ve put together an update of what changes you can expect at The Centre from Monday 19th July.
Currently, all of The Centre’s stores, restaurants, cafes and eateries, and close contact retails services such as beauty and nail services are open. Casinos and bingo halls were permitted to re-open under Level 2 Guidelines; as such Admiral Casino and Carlton Bingo are also open. Soft Play was permitted to re-open under Level 1 Guidelines.
Level 0 Guidelines mean than from Monday 19th July, indoor dining will be permitted for groups of up to 10 people from no more than 4 households, for the consumption of food as well as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and all venues must close at midnight (or earlier as per local licensing conditions).
For outdoor dining, groups of up to 15 people from no more than 15 separate households can meet at a restaurant, café or pub, and alcohol can be served subject to local licensing conditions.

The Centre’s standard opening hours apply, however please note these may be subject to change at short notice. Stores will be operating their individual trading hours and their usual trading hours may differ. Please check each store’s individual operating hours directly on their website or at www.thecentrelivingston.com before you set off, to avoid disappointment.
Please also check the individual page listings of retailers regarding the services available, as these may not be the same as usual. These can be found at https://www.thecentrelivingston.com/shop/store-guide/a-z for stores, and at https://www.thecentrelivingston.com/eat/a-z for restaurants and cafés.
We ask everyone visiting The Centre at this time for their patience and understanding – we are doing all that we can to ensure that The Centre is a safe place to visit and as such shopping may take longer than you may be used to.
Social distancing measures as well as Scottish Government Guidelines regarding face coverings still apply – please visit http://bit.ly/PublicUseOfFaceCoverings for a full list of exemptions.
