12 -16 Hour Sales Assistant

The job requirements are the following :

1. Should have some kind of job experience, preferably retail if possible

2. Should have some general knowledge and know how to use the till (point of sale system)

3. You will need to be available for 12 to 24 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, its from 9.30am to 5.30pm. This role will be based on 5 out of 7 days.

4. The duties include serving the customers, cleaning the shop, stock replacement and general customer service

5. Previous employment reference will be required

It’s a national minimum wage

If you don’t have retail experience training will be provided

12 -16 hours per week - must be fully flexible over 7 days, includes evenings and weekends with possibility of extra hours for holiday cover and over peak

Job Duties: Excellent customer service, using till systems, general housekeeping and quality shop standards. Additional duties will include team leader skills, cash handling, key holding duties, problem-solving and complaints handling. Must be able to communicate well with customers and colleagues in and friendly and approachable manner.
